Once in a month most women must feel the pain of pre-menstruation syndrome. The symptom is different between each woman, from mild to severe. But you don’t have to be worried, because there are some treatments that can help you to reveal from your pain.

There are two symptoms of PMS that usually suffered by women. First, it effect directly to our body. Such as migraines, sore breasts, weight gain, backache, bloating and cramping. There are over 100 symptoms being reported. It’s because hormone in our body change during the PMS.

Second effect is affect to our mood. Sometimes we just feel that our mood really upside down during the day. Being very sensitive and aggressive is common thing happen on women with PMS. We may also get trouble in concentration and attention. It’s very normal, because some hormones play their part to set our mood.

To overcome this situation most women usually take anti-inflammation to handle their physical pain and anti-depressant to relieve their bad mood. These medicines help us to balance out the chemical in brain. But chemical medicine has side effect which every woman wants to avoid. Then they use herbal medicine to handle their problem.

Little exercise may help you to solve your suffer problem Doing little exercise can unleash your circulation and make your body feel fresh again. After that you can do fast meditation to control your mood. Some women do their simple ritual such as avoid salty food during PMS.
